Open house dates and time my also be found on www.realtor.com and in the Green Bay Press Gazette every Saturday and Sunday. We do open houses every Sunday and sometimes on Saturdays. If the house you are interested in is not scheduled to be open this weekend, please contact our team to schedule a private showing. Too excited to wait tillthis weekend? We would be more than happy to schedule a private showing at your earliest convenience.
Open House Ettiquette: Please arrive during the scheduled open house time. Please do ask questions. Please remove your shoes after entering the home. If you need more time to view the home, please schedule a private showing with us. Please do take notes of the likes and dislikes of the home. Please remember to keep an open mind. Ask yourself: Can it be changed or is it permanent? For example, the color of paint in a room can be changed by repainting the room. Don't forget to wear comfortable slip on shoes!
