"We tried buying our first home about 1 year before meeting Julie Loritz.  The experience was not at all a good one.  We were taken advantage of by the person we were working with because we were naive first-time buyers.  We ended up backing out and going back to renting.  About a year later, we decided to give it another try even though we were skeptical about putting ourselves through the stress again.  We saw an ad for Julie portraying her as a "buyers representative".  We had never heard of this before, but the ad stated that she would be on our side, not the seller's.  We set up an appointment with Julie to learn more about this and were very impressed when we met her.  She explained everything to us in terms we could understand, and even laid out a step by step plan for us on things we needed to do before actually looking at homes to make the buying process less stressful if we found something we liked.  She was always a phone call away if we ever had any questions along the way, she adjusted her schedule to better fit ours when we started looking at homes, and she returned our phone calls when messages had to be left.  She gave us good advice when we put in our offer to purchase, and even followed through after the closing when the seller wasn't living up to their end of the contract.  She made the calls and was our go between for a month after we closed on our home until the work that was promised on the offer to purchase was met in a satisfactory manner.  I cannot say enough good things about Julie as she was more than just our realtor.  After only knowing her for a few weeks, she quickly became our friend.  I would highly recommend Julie for her professionalism, her work ethic, and her commitment.  When she says she works for you, she means it.  When it comes time for us to shop for another home, we won't even hesitate to call Julie again.  Thanks for everything Julie!"
