Homebooks!

We will place a Homebook on your kitchen counter containing the following:  a property profile sheet detailing your homes features and all updates, color datasheets, condition reports and any other addendums related to your home and a plot map of your home showing your lot size.  When other Realtors show your home, they have all the information they need on your home to answer all of their buyers questions and they have all the necessary paperwork they need to accompany an offer to purchase if the buyer decides to write an offer on your home.  Sellers may also include seasonal photos of their homes exterior so a buyer can visualize what the yard looks like during different seasons.  This is especially helpful if you are selling during the winter season.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Title insurance fees depend on the sales price of the home.
